Ultra-E Insulation is the thickest version of our reflective insulation. Made using our unique recycled closed cell foam core and pure aluminium facings, Ultra-E Insulation is 11mm thick and offer superior thermal resistance to our standard Low-E Insulation.

Ultra-E Insulation

Ultra-E Insulation VCL has trimmed edges and can be butted together if taped both sides, or overlapped by 75mm and taped one side, to maintain a complete Vapour Control Layer.

Ultra-E™ will provide a considerable thermal break and the added thickness greatly reduces noise transmission, while our pure aluminium facings still reflect up to 97% of radiant heat. Ultra-E™ is utilised in the manufacturing industry in the production of Cars, Boats, Motorhomes, Military Vehicles, Fridges, Freezer, Doors and much more.

Pitched Roofs

Quick, clean and very easy to install you can use Low-E Insulation EZY Seal (vapour barrier) on to the internal side, or Low-E Insulation PERF (breathable) on the exterior side of any type of pitched roof.

Flat Roofs

Installing Low-E Insulation below the roof can reduce the amount of insulation required between the joists, where space may be limited, and can stops draughts coming into the building itself.
