Delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for your goods that you have ordered.

All prices on the website include delivery charges and VAT.

Rolls of foil tape are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
Rolls of Insulation and DIY Kits are dispatched via Courier on a 48 hour service.
A 24 hour service is available for and additional charge. Please contact for details.

The couriers will attempt delivery at your address, if no-one is available to sign for the goods, a card will be left for you to contact the couriers to collect from the local depot. The couriers may attempt delivery the following day, but they do not guarantee this second attempt. Goods delivered by courier will require a signature upon delivery.

Non UK mainland & Scottish Highland addresses and postcodes listed below. An additional courier surcharge will be required for the UK postcodes listed.

For delivery to European country please email for quotation. A delivery contact telephone number is required before dispatch.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
It is unfortunate but occasionally damage does occur in transit. For this reason we allow an extra 3-5% of material on every roll of insulation during production. Inspect your rolls of Low-E Insulation for any damage, before signing documentation. If you believe that more than 3-5% of the insulation is damaged or unusable please note “Damaged” when signing.

If your order is damaged please take photographs of the damage and forward them to info@low-e.co.uk. Once we assess the damage we can dispatch a roll(s) of insulation to replace the damaged material.
We cannot consider any claims for damage more than 2 days after delivery.
Please ensure all items are checked in full by you. By accepting to purchase from us, you agree to indemnify us in full for any losses suffered as a result of your failure to notify us within 2 days of delivery.

7 Days money back guarantee All items are sold with the following guarantee for domestic use and does not affect your statutory rights under “The Sale of Goods Act 1979”
All items are backed by our 7 days money back guarantee. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with your reason for requesting a refund. We will then email you a returns form or a returns reference. All returns must include a copy of the invoice or packing list. We do not cover return postal cost in any way for none faulty items. Once your item has been inspected, a refund will be issued within 3 working days. All goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and original condition. Charges may apply if the packaging is damaged or unusable. If your purchase is returned outside the 7 days of delivery, we cannot refund in any circumstances.
